Coaching and mentoring are integral to the way I work.

I spent the bulk of my career in the Biotech/Pharma industry where I had roles of increasing levels of leadership across a diverse range of functional groups including sales, marketing, operations, market access and medical affairs. This included 20+ years of people management, managing managers or leading cross functional teams. For nearly a decade, I have been dedicated to coaching individuals and leaders, supporting the effectiveness of individuals and teams as well as designing and delivering customized learning experiences for employees at every level of the organizations with whom I work.

Having helped dozens of leaders, individuals and teams in my career, I have learned there are fundamentals that contribute to success. I focus on assessing current performance and work collaboratively to engage and provide resources to increase how people show up no matter where they are.

In my first role as a people manager, I learned the incredible responsibilities given to leaders in how they support the development and growth of their teams. Since that first role, my personal mission has been to help leaders and their team members achieve both professional and team goals.  I strive to meet people where they are and build a trusting, collaborative working relationship to enable personal growth.
